5. Project Acceptance

TeireLabs reserves the right to decline any project that does not align with our values, capabilities, or capacity. We may also decline projects that appear to involve illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary content and materials
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure they have rights to all materials provided

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit to begin work
• 50% balance upon project completion
• Additional revisions billed at hourly rates

8. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately and require client approval before work begins.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide warranty support for a limited period after project delivery to address bugs or issues arising from our work. The warranty period and support terms are specified in individual project agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TeireLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our services.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. We are happy to sign NDAs before discussing project details.
